Rules
The system of competition will be Swiss (7 rounds) or Robin Round depending on the number of participants.
Time control 25 minutes for each participant before the end of the game + 5 seconds per move.
Registration will be November 9, from 14.00. 1st Round will start at 14.30.
2nd Open de France will be held from November 10 to November 11 together with the Championship.
Time control 10 minutes per game + 5 seconds per move.
Registration will be November 10 from 14.30. 1st Round will start at 15:00.
Closing Ceremony of competitions November 11 at 16.00.
