Belarusian Youth Championships in draughts-64 among boys and girls in the 4th age groups 1994-96, 1997-99, 2000-02, 2003 year born and younger took place in Borisov from 23 to 28 March 2013.  101 players from 62 boys and 39 girls participated in the championship. Championship of Kazakhstan in draughts-64 among boys and girls in the age groups 1994-96, 1997-99, 2000-02, 2003 year born and younger was held in Shymkent, Kazakhstan, from 21 to 31 of March 2013. The championship was held in three categories: classic, rapid and blitz. 140 participants, among them 1 GMI, 1 MF, 15 national masters of sport participated. See results:

Association of Draughts in Malawi (ADMA) was held 1st Draughts tournament in draughts-64 . Tournament  took place at Atupele Executive Lodge, Kawale township in Lilongwe the capital city of Malawi 29-31 of March, 2013. 7 teams  having 5 players from each club participated. Ganizani Majawa along his team MBAYANI DRAUGHTS CLUB became a new Malawi champion!

40th Brazilian Men Championship in draughts-64 ended.  78 players took part in the championship. Augusto Carvalho won. Francisco Marcelo took 2nd place and Robério Barbosa took 3rd place. See more information and photos HERE

The 1st Stage of World Cup 2013 was held from 6 to 13 of March in Chelyabinsk, Russia. Gavril Kolesov led throughout the tournament and won with a score of 7,5 points out of 9. See results.  

 Lithuanian Men Сhampionship in draughts-64 (Russian version)  was held in Vilnius from 6 to 11 March 2013. 12 participants, round robin system, micro-matches of two parties, the draw of moves and positions. Known strong grandmasters Kibartas, Domchev, Norvayshas, Smaydris participated in the championship. Andrius Kibartas won additional match of Sigitas Smaydris and became the champion of Lithuania 2013. See final standing.  

Youth Championship of Moldova in draughts-64 was held in Chishinau from 2 to 6 of March 2013. See results and Tables

Lithuanian Youth Championships 2013 in draughts-64 completed. Champions:

Elena Skovitina won Draughts-64 Championship of Moldova among women. The championship was held in Chess and Draughts Club of Chishinau from 22 to 27 February 2013. Arina Rodideal took 2nd pace and Marianna Gajdarzhi took 3rd place.

ХХXІI International youth team competition on the Cup «Golden dame» was held from 4 to 9 January 2013 in Lvov (Ukraine). 20 teams from 6 countries (Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine) participated in the competition. Team-winners: 1st place — RTSAP-1 (Minsk. Belarus), 2nd place — Kaluga (Russia), 3rd place — SDUSHOR-11 (Minsk, Belarus).
