Executive Board of International Draughts Federation IDF-FMJD Section-64 discussed the initiative of the Russian and Uzbekistan Draughts Federations and decided for the first time, experimentally, to hold in Bulgaria together with World Youth Championship 2014 in the age groups U23, U19, U16, U13 and U10 — World Youth Championship among boys and girls born in 2006 and younger (U8).
Players declared their national federations (without quotas) will be allowed to participate in competition.
All costs of participants are paid by sending organizations.
Tournament fee for each participant:
Classic program — 30 euros
Rapid — 10 euros
Blitz — 10 Euro
