Regulations on the World Championship
18-06-2022 In Georgia, in the city of Kobuleti, a number of events of the IDF draughts-64 calendar will be held, the main of which is World Championship among men and women 2022.
The following events will take place:
1) European Youth Championship, October 3 (arrival day) – October 11 (departure day) 2022
Competitions will be held in six age groups:
juniors – boys and girls born in 1996-2002; juniors – boys and girls born in 2003-2005; cadets – boys and girls born in 2006-2008; mini-cadets – boys and girls born in 2009-2011; hopes – boys and girls born in 2012-2013, young hopes – boys and girls born in 2014 and later.
2) World Cup – October 4 (arrival day) – October 11 (departure day) 2022.
3) World Championship among men and women – October 11 (arrival day) – October 20 (departure day) 2022.
The prize fund of the World Championship will be at least $30,000.

Kobuleti is a resort town in the Autonomous Republic of Adjara (Georgia), one of the oldest cities in Georgia with a rich history. It is located in the subtropical climate zone on the Black Sea coast, 21 km north of Batumi.
The nearest airports are Batumi and Kutaisi, you also can get from Tbilisi by train.
