Interschool tournament in draught-64 (Brazilian draughts) was held 25 February in Hinche.

Competition was held separately among boys and girls under 16.
12 boys and 8 girls from Hinche and Mirebalais took part in competition.
In boy’s tournament won Bien Aime Presmade from Hinche.
Saint Fleur Mattini and Jean Woodson also from Hinche took 2nd and 3rd place.
In girl’s tournament Charles Bolonne and Christela from Hinche took 1st and 2nd place.
Louis Bebylove from Mirebalais took 3rd place.
