2nd Zambian National Draughts-64 Championship was held from Thursday 19 to Sunday 22 May at Heroes Lodge in Lusaka. The national team to represent Zambia in the historical 1st African Draughts-64 Championship, which will be held from 22 to 27 July, has finally been selected. Kennedy Phiri won the tournament. Participant of World Championships 2013 and 2015 Mwaaza Sakala took second place and Richard Mwamba took the third place.
