The International Draughts Federation (IDF) in accordance with the Calendar of the IDF competitions in 2024 holds in Türkiye from April 19 to April 28, 2024 European Youth Draughts-64 Championship.
Competitions will be held in age groups up to 27, 20, 17, 14, 11 and 9 years old in the disciplines of Blitz, Rapid and Classic game.
Venue: Hotel Ma Biche Kemer by Werde Hotels 5*, Kemer (Türkiye).

27-04-2024 The European Youth Draughts-64 Championship in Turkey has been successfully completed.
The competition was held at a high level at the Ma Biche Kemer by Werde Hotels 5*, Kemer (Türkiye).
116 players from 9 countries took part in the competition.
The European Youth Draughts-64 Championship was held separately among boys and girls in the age groups up to 27, 20, 17, 14, 11 and 9 years in the disciplines of Blitz, Rapid and Classic.
108 medals and awards in 36 categories were presented at the closing ceremony of the competition, which took place on April 27 at 18.00.
The absolute winners in their age groups, who won 3 gold medals each, were:
Roman Shchukin (juniors under 27 years)
Arsenii Tsynov (juniors under 20 years)
Artem Tikhonov (boys under 17 years)
Mikhail Permiakov (boys under 11 years)
Mikhail Chernozemov (boys under 9 years)
The strongest young athletes will meet again in Türkiye in November 2024 at the World Youth Draughts-64 Championships.

The opening of the competition took place at 9.30am. The Blitz program started at 10.00.

Dates: From April 19 (arrival day) to April 28 (departure day), 2024
The credentials committee will work on April 19 from 16.00 to 22.00.
Competitions will be held separately among boys and girls in 6 age groups:
Juniors – boys and girls up to 27 years old (born in 1998-2004);
Juniors – boys and girls up to 20 years old (born in 2005-2007);
Cadets – boys and girls up to 17 years old (born in 2008-2010);
Mini-cadets – boys and girls up to 14 years old (born in 2011-2013);
Hopes – boys and girls up to 11 years old (born in 2014-2015);
Mini-hopes – boys and girls up to 9 years old (born in 2016 and younger)
Competitions will be held in three disciplines – Blitz, Rapid and Classic game.
