The International Draughts Federation (IDF) in accordance with the Calendar of the competitions in 2026 holds the World Cup Final in Draughts-64 in St. Petersburg (Russia).
Competitions are held separately among men and women in the disciplines: Blitz, Rapid and Classic game.

12-10-2026 The International Draughts Federation (IDF) in accordance with the Calendar of the competitions in 2026 holds the World Cup Final in Draughts-64 in St. Petersburg (Russia).
Venue: Saint Petersburg State Budgetary Institution of Additional Education, Sports School of the Olympic Reserve in Chess and Draughts (SPb GBU DO SSHOR in Chess and Draughts).
Address: 191186, St. Petersburg (Russia), 25 Bolshaya Konyushennaia St., Lit. A, “Gostiny Dvor” metro station, exit towards Griboedov Canal.
Dates: from December 6 (arrival day) to December 13 (departure day), 2026.
The Credentials Committee will work on December 6 from 16.00 to 22.00.
The following participants are allowed to participate in the competition:
– participants who took 1st to 50th places among men and 1st to 30th places among women in the overall standings of the four stages of the 2026 World Cup in draughts-64;
– ten participants in each discipline for men and for women by decision of the International Draughts Federation. Participant qualification requirements are in accordance with the Competition Regulations.
Disciplines
Competitions are held separately among men and women according International/Russian version of draughts-64 in the disciplines: Blitz, Rapid and Classic game.
Schedule:
December 6 — Arrival of participants; registration from 16:00 to 20:00
December 7 — Opening ceremony at 16:00; Classic game, competition starts at 16:30
December 8–10 — Classic game; competition starts at 16:00; closing ceremony on December 10 at 21:30
December 11 — Rapid game; competition starts at 15:30
December 12 — Blitz game; competition starts at 16:00; closing ceremony for short disciplines at 21:30
December 13 — Departure of participants
