Personal-team European Youth Draughts-64 Championship will be held at the Sports Complex “Aqua Life” in Kranevo (Bulgaria) from April 26 (arrival day) to May 05, 2019 (departure day).
Personal Championship will be held separately for boys and girls in six age groups:
Juniors 26 years and younger (1993-1999);
Juniors 19 years and younger (2000-2002);
Cadets 16 years and younger (2003-2005);
Junior cadets 13 years and younger (2006-2008);
Hopes 10 years and younger (2009-2010);
Junior hopes 8 years and younger (2011 and younger).
Boys and girls of younger ages may participate in age groups 1993-1999; 2000-2002; 2003-2005; 2006-2008, 2009-2010.
Personal Championship is held in the three types of program: Classic, Blitz and Rapid. All programs are held in international (Russian) version of draughts-64 by the system of micro-matches consist of two games.
System of competition (Swiss or round robin) and number of rounds are established by the panel of arbiters depending on the number of participants.
In age groups juniors born 1993-1999 and juniors born 2000-2002 draw of the moves according to the official table (745 positions) is held for boys and draw of the positions according to the official table (150 positions) is held for girls. In age groups cadets born in 2003-2005 draw of the first move of the white is held for boys and girls. Draw is binding on both games of the micro-match. In other age groups draw of the moves is not held.
Team’s classification is determined in classic program of Championship.
Team places are defined by the maximum amount of points scored 12 best players (one from age group 1993-1999, 2000-2002; 2003-2005; 2006-2008, 2009-2010, 2011 and younger for boys and girls).
Team’s classifications are determined also separately for boys and girls teams.
Participants are allowed to participate in the competition, who timely filed an application for participation, registered in accordance with this regulation and paid tournament fee. The number of participants representing the country is not limited.
The rules of the competition are in accordance with the Regulations of the European Youth Draughts-64 Championship.
Organizers provide accommodation and meals (three-time buffet) from April 26 (starting with lunch) to May 05 (ending with breakfast) one player (boy or girl) from each country – member of the International Draughts Federation (IDF) in age groups 1993-1999, 2000-2002; 2003-2005; 2006-2008, 2009-2010, 2011 and younger (6 participants total).
Their travel costs, as well as costs of accommodation, meals and travel of other participants and coaches paid by their sending organizations or by the participants themselves.
Participants who provide accommodation and meals by organizers are required to participate in all three programs: classic, rapid and blitz.
Tournament fee for each participant is 50 Euro. Tournament fee gives the right to participate in all three programs – classic, blitz and rapid.
The tournament fee for each participant for participation in two programs: blitz and rapid is 30 euros.

Unofficial medal standings
08-05-2019 Personal-team European Youth Draughts-64 Championship has been successfully completed. Representatives from 12 countries took part in the competition. Representatives of 6 countries won medals in various categories and age groups in the individual competitions.
The championship was perfectly organized. Competitions were held in a multifunctional gym, equipped with stands for spectators. The Aqua Life sports complex provided the participants with sports fields, a path in a heated professional sports pool and a fitness room.
As part of the cultural program, the participants of the championship visited the Bodybuilding Cup of the Balkans.
The closing of the competition traditionally ended with a salute. Published photos of closing.
05-05-2019 According to the results of the classic program of the European Youth Draughts-64 Championship 2019, the results in the team’s classification were summed up. Team’s classifications were determined in overal team standings and separately for boys and girls teams.

27-04-2019 Personal-team European Youth Draughts-64 Championship started today in Sports Complex Aqua Life in Kranevo (Bulgaria).
Opening of the competition took place at 12.00. Participants of the competition were greeted by the president of the International Draughts Federation (IDF) Vladimir Langin, the president of the Bulgarian Draughts Federation Bogdan Yanev, the sports manager of the Sports Complex Aqua Life Stoian Mikhailov. Mayor of Kranevo Rumen Nikolov sent congratulation to the participants of the competitions.
Players from 11 European countries take part in the competition: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Russia, Romania, Ukraine and Estonia.
The Sports Complex Aqua Life provided excellent conditions for the championship: a multifunctional sports hall equipped with spectator stands for spectators, the possibility of using various sports facilities on the territory of the sports complex, a path in a heated professional sports pool, a fitness room.
