The International Draughts Federation (IDF) together with the Bulgarian Draughts Federation in accordance with the Calendar of Competitions for 2019 held the International Draughts-64 Tournament among men and women in Sveti Vlas (Bulgaria) from September 1 to 10, 2019. Competitions were held in three programs: classic, Blitz and Rapid.

10-09-2019 Representatives of Belarus, international grandmasters – Ihar Mikhalchenka and Darya Fedarovich became winners of the Rapid program among men and women respectively. International grandmaster Dmitry Tsinman (Russia) and international master Yana Yakubovich (Belarus) won Blitz among men and women. Ihar Mikhalchenka and Yana Yakubovich (both Belarus) won classic program among men and women.
