International Draughts Federation IDF – FMJD Section-64 in accordance with the calendar of the competitions in 2014 was held from August 10 (the day of arrival) to August 15, 2014 in Kazan (Russia) 4th Stage of World Cup 2014 in draughts-64 – 6th «Cup of information technology». Egorov Vladimir won. International tournament in draughts-64 “Jogeva-2014” was held from July 29 to August 03, 2014 in Jõgeva Gymnasium (Jogeva, Rokhu str. 10, Estonia). Tournament ended. International Draughts Federation IDF – FMJD Section-64 in accordance with the calendar of the competitions in 2014 holds from July 9, (arrival day) till July 17, 2014  2nd Stage of World Cup 2014 – International draughts-64 competition “Pardubice-2014”. Competitions are held in the framework of the 25th anniversary of the international festival of games in Pardubice. See final standings.

Given the success of the first competition in Rimini in 2013, International Draughts Federation IDF – FMJD Section-64 in accordance with the calendar of the competitions in 2014 was held from June 14, (arrival day) till June 21, 2014  1st Stage of World Cup 2014 – International draughts-64 competition “Rimini-2014”. Malawi 2nd National Draughts-64 Tournament will be held from 25  to 27 July 2014 in Blantyre, commercial city of Malawi. Competition will be held with the support of the Sports Council. First prize fund will be established. See more information HERE

Championships of Uzbekistan among men, women, boys and girls 23 year and younger was held from 25 to 31 May in Tashkent. Championships was held in two program: classic and blitz. 87 players participated. See results.

1st Dutch Championship in Brazilian Draughts was held in Tilburg on May 17, 2014. Championship recognised by the KNDB. Time schedule was 10 minutes plus 5 seconds bonus for each move, 10 rounds. 28 players participated. Anton van Berkel won. Jasper Daems took 2nd place and Genadij Shapiro took 3rd place. See more information HERE
