Final Championship of Ukraine in draughts-64 among men and women was held in Ivano-Frankivsk from 23 to November 29, 2012. Championship in rapid game was held November 30 – December 1, 2012. Winners:

15th Championship in Czech Dama – Open Championship of the Czech and Slovak Republic 2012 was held  in Prague November 24-25, 2012. This year´s championship was a special one. It was open to all players including foreigners for the first time in its history. 

Section-64 FMJD celebrates 20 years of activity! The General Assembly of FMJD on Meeting October 13, 1992 in Toulon (France) decided to create the Section-64. Ex-President of the World Draughts Federation FMJD Vadim Bayramov from Russia was elected president of the Section-64 FMJD responsible for the development of all kinds of draughts on the 64-cell board in the world.

Club Team Championship in classic Russian draughts was held in Bačkonys, Lithuania from 16 to 18 November, 2012. 16 teams took part in the Championship. Championship was held by Swiss system in 8 rounds, time control 30 minutes + 5 seconds, micro-matches of two parties. The team consisted of four people.

Vladimir Danilov died in Riga on November 8. Vladimir Danilov was vice president and treasurer of the Section-64 FMJD. He was an enthusiast of draughts-64, good player, referee and a strong coach.

The FFJDI 64-144 organized in Montbard, France, the Second French Championship in draughts-64 (3-4 November, 2012). Pierre Monnet (Dijon) wins the title.
