International Draughts Federation (IDF) in accordance with the calendar of the competitions in 2019 held in Kranevo (Bulgaria) from August 26 (arrival day) till September 01, 2019 (departure day) 4th Stage of World Cup 2019 in draughts-64-International competitions “Bulgaria-2019”. Competitions were held in two types of programs: Blitz and Rapid. International grandmaster Andrei Valiuk (Belarus) won both programs.
