In Moldova’s capital, Chisinau from May 21 to 29, 2018 the Moldovan Men’s Championship was held. The championship was held in three programs: Classic, Blitz and Rapid. The champion of the country in all three programs became ex-world champion, international grandmaster Ion Dosca. See results.

Lithuanian Men Championship on Russian draughts was held in Lithuanian capital Vilnius from 13 to 18 March. International Grandmaster Andrius Kybartas became Lithuanian Champion. International Grandmaster Aleksej Domcev took second place and International Master Domantas Norkus was third. 12 players took part in the competition, which was held on a round robin system.
