International Draughts Federation IDF – FMJD Section-64 in accordance with the Calendar of the competitions in 2014 holds in St. Petersburg (Russia) from July 19, (arrival day) till July 27, 2014 (departure day),  3^rd Stage of World Cup 2014 in draughts-64 – International competition “White Nights-2014”. Competition was held in the famous Chigorin club in the historic center of St. Petersburg. The Lusaka Draughts-64 League (Zambia) started on 15 June 2014. 12 clubs from all  the corners of Lusaka Province are participated.  Last year the league started with only 6 clubs but this year the number has increased by 100%. See more information, photo and video HERE

Malawi 2nd National Draughts-64 Tournament will be held from 25  to 27 July 2014 in Blantyre, commercial city of Malawi. Competition will be held with the support of the Sports Council. First prize fund will be established. See more information HERE

Personally-team Ukrainian Cup for men and women was held from May 10th to May 18th in Belaya Tserkov (Kiev region). Competitions was held in three programs: classic, blitz and rapid.
