IDF successfully and at a high level held in Kemer (Turkey) From April 23 to May 1, 2021 European Youth Draughts-64 Championship and World Cup. The strongest players from 10 countries took part in the competitions, representatives of 7 countries won medals.

Due to the still difficult situation with COVID-19 in Europe and the world and certain requirements in the countries for the competitions, the European Draughts-64 Championship among men and women, scheduled in Jõgeva (Estonia) from 4 to 13 June, 2021 was postponed to September 10 at the same place.

The VII TAFISA World Games, scheduled from 18 to 24 June, 2021 in Lisbon (Portugal), will be held (more…)

International Draughts Federation (IDF) in accordance with the Calendar of the competitions in 2021 held personal-team European Youth Draughts-64 Championship and World Cup in Kemer, Turkey.
Competitions were held  from April 23 (arrival day) to May 1, 2021 (departure day) at the TRANSATLANTIK HOTEL & SPA 5*.

The Zambia Draughts Federation held the 6^th Individual National Draughts-64 Championship from 2nd to 4th April, 2021.

The tournament was held at Twin Palm  Mall Hall at Salama Park in Lusaka. It was sponsored by Romans Pizza in conjunction with Zambia Draughts Federation (ZDF).

86th Belarusian Draughts-64 Championship among men and 78th Belarusian Draughts-64 Championship among women were held from 6 to 13 March 2021 in the Republican Center for Chess and Draughts (Minsk, Marx str., 10).

International grandmasters Ihar Mihalchenka and Vera Khvashchinskaya became champions of Belarus in draughts-64.

The Uzbekistan Draughts-64 Championships among men, women and juniors U23 (boys and girls) were held from March 2nd to March 7th in the capital of Uzbekistan Tashkent.
Competitions were held in three programs: Classic, Rapid and Blitz.
Rapid and Blitz were held March 2nd and March 3rd. The classic program ended on March 7th. See the results. (more…)

Belarusian Draughts-64 Championship among boys and girls U9 (Born in 2013 and younger)  was held from 27 to 28 February 2021 in the Republican Center for Chess and Draughts (Minsk, Marx str., 10).
67 players took part in the competition.

Belarusian Youth Draughts-64 Championship (youth 1995-2001, juniors – boys and girls 2002-2004, boys and girls 2005-2007, 2008-2010, 2011 and younger) was held from 15 to 21 February 2021 in the Republican Center for Chess and Draughts (Minsk, Marx str., 10). 134 players from all regions of the country took part in the competition, including 3 international grandmasters. ADMA Online Draughts Cup 2021 was held from 4 to 8 February on the PlayOk venue and attracted 42 players.

Best African players, international masters Enock Banda *Malawi64* and Mozes Winesi *Logz* reached the final and played for the cup on 8th February. The struggle was very stubborn. 3 sets have not revealed a winner.

Enock Banda won additional matches and became the winner of the ADMA Online Draughts Cup 2021. (more…)

The National Draughts Championship of India 2020-2021 took place as planned from 26th to 29th January 2021 at DAV SR. SEC. SCHOOL, SEC-8, Chandigarh (India).
