Malawi conducted its 7th National Men’s Championship and 1st Women’s Championship at the Simama Hotel in the capital of Malawi, Lilongwe, from 28 to 30 May 2021.

The men’s championship was attended by 48 athletes from all over the country.
9 athletes participated in the women’s championship.

The Malawi champions were Enock Banda in men and Suzeni Kachepa in women.

National Draughts-64 Championships 2021 among men and women were held in Lithuania.

Vilius Aleknavičius became the champion of Lithuania among men and Milda, Jocaitė became the champion of Lithuania among women.

The 2021 World Cup in draughts-64 has started. This year 6 stages are planned in Turkey, Bulgaria, France, Portugal, Jamaica and Israel. Within the framework of the World Cup, competitions in the disciplines of Russian, Brazilian, Portuguese draughts, draughts -100 and pool checkers will be held at various stages.

Azerbaijan held on May 8, 2021 on the playok internet portal International Online Draughts-64 Tournament “TESHIL CUP” dedicated to the 98th Anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliev. The competition will start on May 8, 2021 at 19:00 Baku time.

239 players under the age of 17 (born in 2004 and younger) from 20 countries took part in the competition. Valentin Golubaev (Lithuania) became the winner of the tournament. Prize fund of the tournament was 900 USD.

IDF successfully and at a high level held in Kemer (Turkey) From April 23 to May 1, 2021 European Youth Draughts-64 Championship and World Cup. The strongest players from 10 countries took part in the competitions, representatives of 7 countries won medals.

Due to the still difficult situation with COVID-19 in Europe and the world and certain requirements in the countries for the competitions, the European Draughts-64 Championship among men and women, scheduled in Jõgeva (Estonia) from 4 to 13 June, 2021 was postponed to September 10 at the same place.

International Draughts Federation (IDF) in accordance with the Calendar of the competitions in 2021 held personal-team European Youth Draughts-64 Championship and World Cup in Kemer, Turkey.
Competitions were held  from April 23 (arrival day) to May 1, 2021 (departure day) at the TRANSATLANTIK HOTEL & SPA 5*.

The Zambia Draughts Federation held the 6^th Individual National Draughts-64 Championship from 2nd to 4th April, 2021.

The tournament was held at Twin Palm  Mall Hall at Salama Park in Lusaka. It was sponsored by Romans Pizza in conjunction with Zambia Draughts Federation (ZDF).

86th Belarusian Draughts-64 Championship among men and 78th Belarusian Draughts-64 Championship among women were held from 6 to 13 March 2021 in the Republican Center for Chess and Draughts (Minsk, Marx str., 10).

International grandmasters Ihar Mihalchenka and Vera Khvashchinskaya became champions of Belarus in draughts-64.
